01Who we are
This website belongs to C4 Restaurant & Bar CC, a close corporation trading as C4 Restaurant & Bar on the corner of Aaron Edward and Kovambo Nujoma Street, Swakopmund, Erongo Region, Namibia. Postal address: P.O. Box 91466, Klein Windhoek, Windhoek.
You can reach us on 083 783 7780 or 081 400 6471, or by email at info@c4restaurant.com. When we say “we”, “us” or “the restaurant” in these terms, we mean C4 Restaurant & Bar CC.
02How ordering works
Orders are placed through WhatsApp. The order widget on this site helps you build a list of plates and sends it as a WhatsApp message to our number. Nothing is paid, confirmed or binding on the site itself.
An order only exists once we reply on WhatsApp and confirm it. We will confirm the items, the final total and the prep time in that reply. If something on your list is sold out or changed, we tell you there and you can adjust the order before we start cooking.
03Prices
All prices on this site are shown in Namibian dollars (N$). Menu and bar prices are market-related, reviewed against suppliers and nearby venues, and can change without notice. The price confirmed in our WhatsApp reply is the price you pay.
The estimated total shown in the order widget is a guide only. It does not include specials, seasonal price movements or items we substitute after checking with you.
04Payment
Payment happens at the counter when you collect your order or settle your table. We accept cash and card. We do not take payments or deposits through this website, and we will never ask you for card details or banking details over WhatsApp.
05Collection and eating in
Choose “Collect” in the order widget if you are picking up, and we will have the box ready at the counter. Choose “Eat with us” if you want a patio table; we will hold your order and a table where we can.
If you collect, please come within a reasonable time of the confirmed prep time, so the food leaves the kitchen the way it should.
06Bookings
The booking tab sends us your day, time, number of guests and seating preference on WhatsApp. A table is only reserved once we confirm it back to you.
Walk-ins are welcome as long as a table is open. For groups of six or more we ask that you book the day before so we can keep the patio tables together.
07Allergens and food questions
Our kitchen cooks with nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soya and seafood, and the braai is a shared grill. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell us clearly on WhatsApp or at the counter before you order. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do for you.
08Behaviour on the premises
We want the patio to stay friendly for families and neighbours. We can ask you to leave, and can refuse service, if behaviour becomes abusive, unsafe or damages the place. Namibian liquor laws apply at the bar: we can ask for ID and we do not serve alcohol to guests under 18.
09Our content
The name C4 Restaurant & Bar, the logo, the photographs on this site and the written text belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to the site. You may not reuse the photos or branding for your own business without our written say-so.
10Liability
We cook and pour with care, and we keep the place safe. That said, nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Namibian law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and the site itself is provided as-is: it is an aid to reach us on WhatsApp, not a system you depend on.
11Changes
We may update these terms as the menu, the bar or the law changes. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
12The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: a WhatsApp message or a word at the counter solves most things.
